At Baja Sur Tours, we work closely with local communities, securing in advance lodging, community-owned boats, and logistical services to ensure a seamless and authentic experience for all our guests. Due to the nature of these arrangements, the following cancellation policy applies to all tours lasting two days or more: Cancellations made at least 15 days prior to the tour start date will receive a 50% refund of the total amount paid. Cancellations made within 15 days of the tour start date are non-refundable, as all services by this time have been fully confirmed, prepaid, and guaranteed across the different locations of the itinerary. We appreciate your understanding, as a significant portion of these payments go directly to local community partners whose services are non-refundable once booked.
